A thirty year overview of Green's works in West Australian collections was presented at the John Curtin Gallery, Curtin University, Perth.Awarded the Order of Australia in 2007. This honor was conferred in recognition of Green's service to the arts, particularly as a painter and published author, and through her promotion of Australian art and artists internationally.2010sGreen created a site specific installation in 2011 at the Kunstsammlungen und Museen Augsburg, Neue Galerie Im Höhmannhaus in Germany. This exhibition, titled "After Ju Chao, Ju Lian, Richter, Wiebke, LeWitt, Albers, Manet," included a large scall wall painting and 145 small scale panels.Green is the author of Metonymy in Contemporary Art: A New Paradigm, co-published in 2006 by the University of Minnesota Press in the U.S and Macmillan in Australia. Her second book, An Artist's Odyssey, will be released by UMinn Press and Macmillan in 2011.Throughout these years, writings on art appeared in Arts Magazine, New York; Art Press, Paris; Art Monthly Australia and Art and Australia.Lectured at Universities and Museums including Kunsthochschule, Berlin; California Institute for the Arts; Brown University; Maryland Institute of the Arts, Victorian College for the Arts, Melbourne and the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts, Paris.Received grants from the Australia Council for the Arts and the New York Foundation for the Arts.Has lived in New York since 1969
