Tito Conti was born in Florence, Italy on September 3, 1842 and died in the same city in 1924. Conti is considered a master of genre from the Italian School. Tito Conti is considered one of Italy’s most important 19th century figure painters. He is known for his precise attention to detail bringing each character to life. His works are filled with atmosphere and color. Conti’s designed each canvas with precision which brought him fame and fortune.
